Abstract
Novel ecosystem and biodiversity indicators for the aquatic environment will be developed. These will be based on time series analysis of Sentinel Expansion Missions. Project will exploit the potential of data from new sensors CHIME and LSTM to determine phytoplankton species, assess their biomass, and study their phenological cycle in combination with the water temperature and surface roughness.
