Factors Affecting the Sustainability of Neighbourhood Watch

The aim of this study is to find out and analyse the main factors that affect the sustainability of the neighbourhood watch in Estonia, and to make specific proposals that will help determine the development directions of the neighbourhood watch movement and the necessary resources in the next ten years. The broader goal of the study is also to provide input into the development of action plans supporting the growth and effectiveness of the neighbourhood watch in Estonia.
