Development and maintaining of the general competence "Cryptography"

The agreement's primary purpose is to create a framework for developing and maintaining the general competence of research and development "Cryptography" through targeted support for research and development activities and cooperation activities between the parties (learning research and development activities). Tasks of the contract: 1) provide the Ministry of Defense with timely and relevant new information necessary for the development and maintenance of general competence for national defense; 2) to increase the interest and competence of the Estonian scientific community in cooperation with the authorities of the Ministry of Defense in the special competencies stipulated in the appendices of the agreement; 3) promote cooperation between the parties through joint study and research and development activities.
