Abstract
The purpose of the study is to analyze the support measures applied to owners of buildings protected as cultural heritage in Estonia and other European countries, in order to identify the most economically efficient measures and consider changes to support measures in Estonia. The study considers the impact of various support measures and benefits on both the state budget and citizens.
