Estonian nurses' professional quality of life and coping mechanisms in providing palliative care in a hospital environment
Abstract
The aim of the study is to describe the coping strategies and professional quality of life among Estonian nurses and to assess the relationships between them in palliative care work. Research Methods: Systematic Literature Analysis: A systematic review of existing literature based on research questions and PICO questions. Quantitative Method: Utilizing the Professional Quality of Life Measure: Compassion, Satisfaction, and Fatigue Version 5 (ProQOL) (Stamm, 2012) and the Brief COPE scale (Carver, 1997). Qualitative Method: Semi-structured interviews and analysis.
