Facilitating Curriculum Reform and Implementation of Modern Teaching Methods at Yerevan Haybusak University (YHU)
Abstract
The project involves consulting on the reform of Yerevan Haybusak University's (YHU) bachelor’s program in management and implementing modern teaching methods to meet the conditional accreditation recommendations set by the Estonian Quality Agency for Education in 2023. These recommendations include developing and aligning learning outcomes and updating the curriculum content. The project will assess the current state of the management curriculum and plan the development process for an outcome-based curriculum, following the European Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in EHEA (ESG). It will propose updated curriculum content and train a core team at YHU in the methodology of outcome-based curriculum development, enabling them to implement it broadly within the university. The direct beneficiaries of the project are the developers and implementers of the YHU management bachelor’s program, YHU staff involved in teaching and administration, and YHU students
