Abstract
The aim of the work is to design a platform for processing time series data consisting of open-source components for the Tartu City Government's Smart City data, to investigate the suitability, security and performance of possible components, to design a standard API for entering and retrieving Smart City data, and to set up a usable solution in the Cloud.
