Abstract
The aim of the project is to assess the population density of Tartu city areas from 2020 to 2023 based on mobile positioning-based population statistics and, based on this, to assess ground risks for the operation of unmanned aerial vehicles. The project will develop a methodology for assessing ground risks based on population statistics and other data sources, and a map application.
