Abstract
The aim of the analysis is to identify patterns and trends in spatial inequality (socio-economic, housing prices) in Tallinn in the period 2010-2023 (part of the analysis also covers the period 2000-2023) and, based on these results and an analysis of practices in European cities, to provide policy recommendations to improve the availability of affordable housing and to change related urban planning (including spatial planning interventions).
