Abstract
The aim of the procurement is to develop an open-source text automatic corrector for Estonian with an error explanation system for students and teachers. The corrector must identify errors and deviations from the written language norm in the learner language, highlight them, and offer corrective recommendations. The clarification system displays further explanations to the user, if desired, regarding the errors identified and the suggested corrections.
