Developing human-centric digital solutions
Abstract
Digital solutions improve the life of citizens only when they are human-centric. The project is focused on three goals: 1) understand better what are human-centric digital solutions (HCDS), 2) increase the quality and volume of teaching informatics, and 3) development of HCDS. In the project, a new understanding of HCDS is created. For improving studying, models are created that analyze the studying process and motivate by offering personalized automated feedback by natural language processing and machine learning. Also, methodologies are created for modelling relationships between organizational goals, services and business processes and for analyzing the compliance of software with requirements for emotionality and security and human values. The research topic is centered on the usage of generative artificial intelligence and machine learning in giving feedback to software development and business processes. The results of the project can be used by both the private and public sector.
