Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze cases of domestic violence that ended in the death of the victim, focusing on the actions of the police, prosecutor`s office, victim support and local government in noticing, reacting and processing the cases and to point out bottlenecks in the response of the institutions and propose for changes in work processes of these institutions.
