Critical role of PUBlic employees in CIRcular ECOnomy implementation: Embedding circular economy thinking in HEIs
Abstract
The goal of the PubCirEco project is to enhance the sustainability-related skills of students and professionals working in the public sector and business. The project supports the internationalization of Eastern Neighbourhood countries (Ukraine and Moldova), which is vital for the sustainable development of the entire European region. The project aims to increase the workforce’s sustainability-related competencies, especially those already employed or about to enter the public sector or business. It also focuses on updating professional training and improving the competences, skills, and professional competitiveness of learners through innovative learning modules and intensive courses. Additionally, the project promotes inclusive and digital education and supports mobility opportunities for students and faculty.
