Lunar Mapper and Inspector (LUMI) pre-phase A study
Abstract
Lunar Mapper and Inspector is a mission currently being developed within ESA's Small Exploration Missions: Destination Moon Program. The mission's goal is to generate high resolution digital elevation models of the Moon by using a three camera system. University of Tartu has the instrument lead scientist role in the mission with the goals of defining the payload requirements and design, and developing the data processing and simulation pipelines. The present project covers the pre-phase A of the mission.
