Teachers’ stress mindset in school – creating and piloting an intervention
Abstract
The goal of the project is to create an intervention program for changing teachers’ stress mindset and to test the effectiveness of the program with a randomized sample during an experimental study. The program is created in the framework of wise interventions based on modern health and education research and using precise and clear language to create meaning at the same time. The program is available online and is relatively short-term. The result of the project is an experimentally controlled intervention that can be used as a tool in larger research projects and school development programs in the future.
