Abstract
The family mediation services effectiveness study examines the impact of the national family mediation services on the target group (children and parents) and the impact of the family mediation system in wider sense on the state and related groups (courts and local governments). The other purpose of the study is to receive recommendations and suggestions for the improvement and development of the national family mediation services.
