Developing occupational well-being of health care teachers in Estonia – follow-up study, 2024–2025
Abstract
The purpose of the follow-up study is to describe and evaluate the occupational well-being of the health care educators’ work community after participating in work community-level intervention 2021-2022. In addition, this study evaluates the digital competence of health care educators in relation to occupational well-being. The results can be utilized in assessing and developing the occupational well-being and digital competence of health care educators and planning future occupational well-being development.
