Abstract

The aim of the study is to understand which aspects and why the content and organization of vocational secondary education do not meet the expectations of learners and employers today, and how to improve this situation. The study provides an overview of the strengths and weaknesses of vocational secondary education from the perspectives of various stakeholders (vocational students, teachers, school leaders, employers) (implementation bottlenecks) and their expectations.
