Empowering Social Sciences Educators on the Use of Artificial Intelligence in the Classroom
Abstract
The EmpowerAI network bring together four forward-looking and innovative-minded universities in the Nordic-Baltic region (University of Tartu, Kaunas Technical University, University of Turku, and Tampere University) with the aim to 1) co-design and pilot training material for teaching staff in the field of social sciences and arts to empower them to use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools with confidence in the classroom environment 2) collect best-practices of the use of AI in social sciences and arts in the Nordic-Baltic region and produce recommendations for HEIs on the responsible use of AI in the learning environment.
