The Learning Experiences and Benefits of Young Individuals Who Have Completed Healthcare Electives Offered by Tallinna Health Care College in the Context of Lifelong Learning
Abstract
The objective of this research study is to determine how the completion of healthcare elective courses can best support high school students in their development. The results of the study will help assess high school students' satisfaction with healthcare electives and identify how the knowledge, skills, and attitudes acquired during these courses have influenced their pursuit of studies in healthcare, medicine, or related fields. The insights gained from this research can be utilized in planning activities related to healthcare electives for high school students.
