The scholarships of the national programs for international students, researchers, and faculty, as well as the scholarships of the program supporting the studies of overseas Estonians.

Research in the field of adapting the urban environment to the needs of older people in the post-war period in Ukraine; research on environmental and medical-social aspects of public health in the post-implementation period of urban regeneration in Ukraine. It is planned to develop interdisciplinary instruments of local public health policy related to the municipal policy of public administration of city development.
